Read about how she puts that mindset into practice every day as Team Lead.
At Vibe, I have the freedom to build and shape things. Combined with the trust from my managers, this allows me to give my consultants the same freedom. That’s how we create things together. Here in Düsseldorf, we’re still at the beginning and building something new. There are no beaten paths yet, we’re building the brand ourselves. And I like that, it motivates me.
BEING A VIBER
"I believe a Viber is someone who’s willing to go the extra mile, while realising that you can also have fun along the way. Even though the organisation is the safety net that supports us, we’re here to grow our own business. For me, Founder’s Mentality is key. "
MY VIBE
"My work style is authentic and efficient. I stand behind my team, while also giving them the space to try things out. And if someone makes a mistake, that’s okay – you always learn from it. "
MUST-HAVE
"Anyone can learn our best practices by heart. What really matters to me is having genuine drive for sales. The job itself is rather straightforward; what matters is understanding that it’s about sales, setting goals and working towards them consistently. "
By the end of the year, I knew I really wanted to be promoted by 1 January. At the same time, one of my consultants had the chance to become Rookie of the Year. I was one deal short of my promotion and he needed exactly one deal to win the award.
So we went the extra mile together. We identified a process we knew would be decisive and worked through it in detail. We considered every scenario, stayed late and made sure nothing was overlooked.
In the end, that one deal came through: the deal that secured my promotion and at the same time made him Rookie of the Year. For both of us, that was the defining moment.
"Authenticity. I act authentically in everything I do, that includes being a ‘lioness’ protecting my team. I’m a positive person, but I stay true to myself and don’t accept everything blindly. With me, you get authenticity combined with a positive mindset."
"Success gives me a real kick. Personally, but also for my team. I’m ambitious and want us to become Team of the Year and win an award. And when one of my consultants gets promoted, that gives me a kick too. That’s when I see that my coaching has really made a difference."
“Spending time with my family gives me a lot of energy. I also take care of my physical health. Even with an office job, I make sure to walk 10,000 steps a day. I exercise regularly – yoga, pilates, calmer activities – and I focus on healthy nutrition. My rule: 80% healthy, 20% indulgence."
“I joined as an Associate Team Lead and have been Team Lead at Eswelt since January 1st 2026. As we’re still new to the market, there’s a lot to build: developing a brand, establishing client relationships and we’re learning every day. Building a brand from scratch is something I hadn’t done before, and that’s exactly the kind of learning you don’t get elsewhere."
"My goal is for Eswelt to become a market leader, known not only in NRW but beyond. Building a new brand means being thrown in at the deep end – it’s not something you do every day. But once people get to know Eswelt and realise that we mediate SAP experts and that they can place their trust in us, then we’ll have achieved a lot."
“In the future, I’d like to become a mum – not now, but maybe in five years. My mother showed me that it’s possible to be a working mum. I’ve always loved working and want to keep that part of my life. Even though I’m a city person, I can imagine living in a small house one day. A classic life, the way it used to be."
“I always say: just do it. Don’t overthink tomorrow or potential mistakes. Start, make mistakes, learn. The more mistakes you make, the more you grow."
“You set the example for your team. Work-life balance is something I truly stand for. Our job is demanding and often involves long hours, so it’s important to consciously take time to recharge and really use that time for yourself.”
