- How would you describe the ideal candidate for this position? Including characteristics that may be valuable but may not be explicitly mentioned in the vacancy?
- What measurable goals are there for this position and how do you notice this during your day-to-day work?
- What development opportunities are within reach for this position and how does the organisation encourage and support growth and advancement?
- What are challenges for this role, taking into account deadlines, familiarisation periods and the history of this position?
- Can you tell me more about the dynamic team and collaborative dynamics? How is specialisation valued and how can departments work together optimally?
- Are there any joint activities such as week-end or Friday afternoon drinks?
- Is there a joint lunch routine and are there fixed lunch times?
- What is the state of friendships among colleagues? How do these relationships contribute to a positive working atmosphere and effective cooperation?
- Does your company engage in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)?
- What is your personal view of the company culture and which aspects do you find most stimulating?
