Founder, board member

Daniël Visser, co-founder of Vibe Group, has a background in Business Economics with a Bachelor's degree from NHL University and a PhD from the University of Groningen. After a management traineeship at Coca-Cola Enterprises, he started his career in staffing & consulting at Sthree plc. Here he met his later business partner, Bernd van Baars, with whom he shared the same vision. Together, they launched Visser & Van Baars as Vibe Group's first niche brand, followed by Spilberg, Eswelt and Tergos. Daniël Visser is also a board member within Vibe Group.

Mennold has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry. He gained international experience by living in the US for 18 months and in Vienna for one year. Mennold worked at SThree plc for over 12 years where he has held various roles and was part of the EMEA board. He joined Vibe Group in 2016 as Managing Director Netherlands, in 2021 he was appointed CCO and since January 2023 he is Vibe Group’s CEO.

Johan Bogaard, CFO at Vibe Group since 2020, brings more than 20 years of experience in various sectors such as staffing, information & data analytics and telecoms. Before his time at Vibe Group, Johan worked for more than nine years at Recruit Global Family, part of Japan's Recruit. As CFO of RGF Netherlands, he managed Finance, IT and Operations. His main areas of expertise include Strategy Development, Digital Transformation, Business Control, Financial Control & Accounting, Data Analytics and M&A.

Managing Director Belgium, executive board member

Yannick is Managing Director of Vibe Group Belgium. He studied Marketing Management at KDG in Antwerp and International Business at Corvinus University in Budapest. In 2006, he started his career at Sthree plc in staffing & consulting, where he worked for almost 11 years in various sectors such as IT/Tech, Finance and Oil & Gas. There, he met Daniël Visser and Bernd van Baars, with whom he would later collaborate. In 2017, Yannick joined Vibe Group and currently leads the Belgium office.

Managing Director Netherlands, executive board member

Martijn obtained his Business Administration degree from Erasmus University in 2003 and started in recruitment at Randstad. He then joined Page Group, where he was involved in launching the Rotterdam office for Page Personnel. Over the past 17 years, he held various senior management and board positions at Page, including 4 years as Managing Director in the Netherlands. Since December ‘22, he has been Managing Director of Vibe Group Netherlands, and uses his expertise to achieve maximum growth.

Marieke, Director Learning & Talent Development at Vibe Group since 2021, has more than 15 years of experience in this field. She holds a master's degree in educational sciences from the University of Amsterdam and a postgraduate in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University. Her career began at ICI plc in 2007. She then worked at Mediabrands for 13 years, where she held various positions in Learning & Talent Development in London, Amsterdam and New York.
