As a sales professional at Vibe Group, you will join one of our four niche brands. Do you already have managerial experience within sales or recruitment? Then the role of Team Manager is for you. As a Sales Associate or Team Manager, you and your team will focus on a specific IT expertise, make sure you know what is going on in your market and keep your knowledge of your field up to date. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you will match the best professionals to the best clients and build a sustainable network that will be useful for the rest of your career.

What skills do you need?

You are someone who always goes that extra mile. With your commercial attitude, you see every opportunity. And seize it!

  • Your native language is Dutch
  • You speak and write Dutch and English well (French is a plus)
  • You have a bachelor or master degree
  • You are a go-getter and have an affinity with sales
  • You have a driving licence B
  • You live in Antwerp/Brussels or in the immediate vicinity of these cities.
