Rotterdam: New city, new opportunities
Growth and development are core topics for Vibe Group. This is why opening an office in Rotterdam is not only a major step forward, but also a logical choice for the company. The city ranks among the top three IT hubs in the Netherlands.

When Mark Lefeber and Britt van der Klink were approached to take on this new challenge, they didn’t hesitate for a moment. “We’re reaching for the top in Rotterdam too. There are so many opportunities for us here,” says Mark.
Taking the next step in their management careers
Both Mark and Britt have a long track record of success at Vibe. Mark started in August, 2015 as a Freelance Web Development Consultant, and Britt has been with Vibe Group since March 2021, when he started as a .NET consultant.
Both of them have continually worked on developing new skills. Vibe Group offers a variety of career paths, allowing each Viber to keep exploring their unique qualities and choose their own direction. Mark and Britt both chose Management, which makes the new Rotterdam office an ideal next step for them.

Britt has been gaining valuable leadership experience in recent years in her role as Associate Competence Manager. Now, as Team Manager, she will help other Vibers to continue in their career development.
Our Vibe is our culture
Earlier this year, we spoke to Sander Blankendaal about bringing our company’s unique culture to our office in Germany. Now it’s time to spread the ‘Vibe’ to Rotterdam too.
“I can’t wait to bring the Vibe culture to life here too” says Britt.
“That culture is really what sets us apart from other organisations and what connects us—in Amsterdam as well as in Antwerp, Brussels, Düsseldorf and now in Rotterdam. Besides, Mark is from Rotterdam and I’m from nearby Schiedam, so it’s a perfect match. Future Vibers can look forward to a no-nonsense Rotterdam approach with a touch of Amsterdam flair!”
