Vibe Group Germany starts 2023 on the right foot with a move to new, charismatic building in the centre of Düsseldorf. 'Making the impossible, possible' is at the heart of the Vibe Group DNA, in which growth and scalability play a major role.
Vibe Group Germany is growing
Vibe Group was founded in the Netherlands in 2011. In 2017, Vibe Group Germany opened its third office in Europe after Vibe Group Belgium. What started as a startup within the organisation has now organically grown into a leading player in the German IT staffing market. Sander Blankendaal, at the helm of Vibe Group Germany since July 2021, is therefore very happy with the move to a new office:
'What makes Vibe Group special is its culture. The combination of ambition, continuous development and above all: going for the highest quality. This energy is palpable on our floor and now we have an office with that same 'Vibe'. It is in a prime location: right in the city centre but also close to the river Rhine, so employees can easily find a nice little lunch or take a walk along the waterfront during their break. Inside and out, it is also a hugely charismatic building, with open-plan offices and beautiful workplaces, as well as a relaxation area. In short: a place that perfectly suits the phase we are in now and the quality Vibe Group stands for.'

Festive opening
The new office was festively opened on 20 January. But, as it goes with Vibe Group, Sander is already working on the next step. 'Our growth in Germany continues steadily, so now that we have moved, we are going to see how quickly we can expand within these premises. The intention is to expand the space to grow our team.'
