What does a Team Manager at vibe group?
As a Team Manager at Vibe Group, you will lead a successful team of recruiters. The number of team members you manage varies from 2 to 10, depending on your experience. The organisational basis is in place, but it is up to you and your team to further expand our network. As an experienced consultant and cooperating foreman, you know how to connect the very best IT candidates to clients. You are proactive and take the lead. Your ambition and drive will be rewarded with an excellent commission scheme and numerous career opportunities. In this position, you will report directly to one of our Business Managers.
What skills do you need?
You are someone who always goes that extra mile. With your commercial attitude, you see every opportunity. And seize it!
Also important:
- Your native language is Dutch.
- You speak and write good Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- You have a bachelor or master degree
- You have a driving licence B
- You have at least 3 years' experience in staffing, including managerial experience, e.g. as a lead consultant or senior consultant
- You have a passion for staffing, combined with ambition and commercial acumen
- You live in Antwerp/Brussels, or in the immediate vicinity of these cities
