What does a Talent Acquisition Consultant at vibe group?
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you are a key player on our chessboard. You regularly consult with our Business Managers and Staff Managers. This way, you make sure you understand which people Vibe Group needs and find them. You approach talent proactively via social media and use your most powerful weapon: the phone.
In practice, you are mainly busy sourcing talent (LinkedIn), filling and maintaining your talent pool, conducting recruitment and selection interviews and guiding candidates during their application process. As the first point of contact for potential employees, you act as an ambassador for Vibe Group.
What skills do you need?
You are someone who always goes that extra mile. With your commercial attitude, you see every opportunity. And seize it!
You have great empathy and are able to listen and think along with the person on the line or opposite you. As a result, you know exactly how to recruit the right talents for our organisation.
- Your native language is Dutch
- You speak and write Dutch and English well (French is a plus)
- You have a bachelor or master degree
- You are a go-getter and have an affinity with sales
- You have a driving licence B
- You live in Antwerp/Brussels or in the immediate vicinity of these cities
