Our consultants have at least a post-secondary or college-/university-level education. Our learning & development department also offers them many opportunities for coaching and guidance. Consultants regularly take part in training sessions and pass exams related to their area of expertise.

We work hard, but we also know how to unwind and have a good time, whether you like to spend your free time at a luxury gym or hang out with colleagues at the Vibe Group Lounge. There, you’ll find a smoothie bar, a Playstation and often even a massage therapist. We end every week with a Friday afternoon drink for the whole company. Twice a year, we even throw a full-on party, and we plan excursions for our teams from time to time. Plus, we organise adventurous incentive trips twice a year.
