Your job as Talent Acquisition Consultant
In the role of Talent Acquisiton Consultant, you are an important player on our chessboard. You profile and manifest yourself as a mature partner to our internal customers (Business managers, staff managers and board of Directors). You ensure a strict interview process in which each stakeholder takes his/her role seriously. You will experience with us that we put a lot of time and energy into the experience that candidates and employees get with us.
In practice you are mainly concerned with:
- high-quality talent sourcing;
- approaching top candidates by telephone;
- conducting face 2 face recruitment and selection interviews;
- guiding your candidates through the entire application process, with the offer as the climax!
- Acting as an ambassador for Vibe!
In addition also:
- Learn a lot about staffing and Talent Acquisition;
- Continuously filling and maintaining your talent pool;
- A sounding board for the Talent Acquisition Manager.
